I have made this recipe so many times! It's definitely one of my favorites and the flavor is amazing. It's seriously one of the easiest recipes I have ever made and everyone loves it.
Ingredients:
Rice of any kind (boil in a bag, makes it even faster!)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 gloves garlic, minced
1 lb. ground venison
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2-3 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 green onions, sliced thin
1/4 tsp. sesame seeds
Directions:
Bring water to a boil and cook rice if using boil in a bag. (This is the longest thing that will take time to cook... no joke!!)
Add vegetable oil and garlic to saucepan, allow to warm. Next add venison to the same pan and spread out evenly.
Let venison cook for one minute then add in brown sugar, soy sauce sesame oil and ginger.
Stir constantly until we'll combined and allow venison to cook through.
Served immediately, garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
